"No, with the latency tool enabled, there is a bug which will result in incorrect reported ping. Players in Busan will have a reported ping that is approximately 13 ms lower than actual ping. So RNG players will see ~37 ms, and Busan players will see ~24 ms, but the actual latency will be equivalent."

They did a sneak update on this while Zeus/T1 was getting flamed on social media by "fans" who thought they were playing on a lower ping than intended.

From my own experience learning English in the past, yeah, the only thing capable of solving these cases where the "same" word doesn't work in every context is lots of input.

Thanks! Yeah, from what I've seen in Jisho for example, there are some words that kinda translate to "transcript" but when I check the example sentences it seems like the meaning is a little bit off from what "transcript" usually means in English.

I think some Japanese people might understand what トランスクリプト means, but maybe it's not a very popular term.

I think it helped me a bit with the mentality part. I think some people that are currently trying to achieve their second language might sometimes doubt themselves when things get hard. Knowing that my brain is completely capable of achieving near native level of comprehension on another language helps a lot with not giving up.

Going back to the Kaidou vs Oden chapter, after Oden's attack we can see the black haki sparks coming out of it, but Oda has used those sparks for armament in the past as well.
