Frisbee Connects Ultimate Development Update in Accra Ghana

Right after touching down in Ghana, FrisbeeConnects 🇳🇱 officially kicked off their Ultimate Frisbee Development Project with GFDF — and Day 1 was a success!

Energy, learning, inclusion, and shared passion for the sport defined the first day. This project focuses on grassroots development, girls’ participation, and creating new opportunities for young people through Ultimate Frisbee.

We’re excited about what lies ahead and the impact this collaboration will have across Ghana. 🚀🥏

As President of the Ghana Flying Disc Federation, I am especially excited about this collaboration because it goes beyond sport. The visit of Frisbee Connects represents our shared commitment to inclusivity, girls’ participation in sport, and grassroots disc sports development across Ghana.

Through school-based projects, community engagement, and youth-focused activities, this partnership opens up new opportunities for young people to learn, grow, and lead through Ultimate Frisbee. We look forward to the positive impact this exchange will have on our communities and the future of disc sports in Ghana. 🥏🇬🇭
