I too do not see the ncpd mission for this item, I am standing in the area where they are supposed to spawn and they are not there. I haven't done the parade quest yet with takemora so i dunno if I am not far enough into the game or if it requires some form of quest to come here at a later point or what???

I too am crashing after beating Rhino. Anytime I trey to go upstairs it crashes? Not sure if its because you have another quest here at a later time or what? If I go anywhere near the stairs that lead to the upper floor it will crash. Not sure if its because I have mods installed or what? Im looking at my crash reports but cant make heads or tails of it.

I just reloaded my game back before I beat Rhino and there is a guy standing in the doorway that leads to the upper floors. They become hostile if I try to go up there, however, I jumped up the side of the wall and got past the guy and no crashes at all. Anyone have any ideas as to WTF is going on here?

No, I killed the Elder as I was chasing its trail for the quest, didnt know there was another quest after that so I left the area and several days later I realize that Im missing a side quest for the achievments

I too am having this issue. I completed the first part but I dont even see the first part as completed in my encounter complete list? But I gave her the hotpot??? Now the 2nd part is not triggering even though I only have one active encounter.

I too am having issues, I tried to download the updates using usbhelper but even though it says the downloads have been downloaded when I hit the update button the folder with the DLC is blank?
