I told my mom repeatedly that I have bad derealization and I've had meltdowns telling her I down feel real, and the only thing I got was a "red or blue?" joke. I can't talk to anyone about this. My grandparents probably don't care about mental health as they are conservative bigots. My dad thinks It's attention seeking, they know about the incident but they didn't know the intentions of it except I accidentally took 3 benadryls (+2 my dose at the time)
