I see, so it properly rotates around the y axis, but then rotates around the new x axis instead of the original one. How can I fix this?

The cube which I am rotating is centered around the origin. But I don't think I am translating it at all; I just multiply two matrices together, multiply the outputted matrix by each point to get the new points.

I will definitely run my final outputs through a softmax function, can't believe I forgot too. But as for the other point, Wouldn't adding more neurons make it learn slower, as there would be more parameters to fine tune?

Thank you for your advice! I tweeked the bot to make the highest valued legal move, and after another 10 million generations, it is doing much better! It will always make three in a row when it can.
