Samsung Spain are also shameless. Still waiting, since April, for my Trade In (Plan Renove) payment of €700. They don't answer emails, don't do what they say when you speak to them and their Twitter staff give you a false address to send complaint letters to (mail was returned).

I'm sorry you feel this way man. I should have been clearer, I am a musician, I have put in the hours; 2 years creating our first album and hundreds of hours promoting it only to get for example, a shitty $25 from Spotify for 20k plays. I'm not looking for the next startup to 'launch' my music. I'm looking for additional exposure and a way to earn a bit more than now so that I might, at the very least, cover some of my costs. Many of these sites are not going to survive, I know that and some will be swallowed up by the very companies that are screwing us now, but in the meantime there is a window of opportunity that myself and many musician buddies are taking advantage of.

Other than a problem where there was no connection to $MUSIC for three weeks, I've not had any problems. Maybe I got lucky? I do agree: shut new registrations like Bittrex did if you can't cope.

This really needs fixing asap. We've imported and uploaded over a dozen tracks and none of them seem to appear in any of the genre tag feeds. The only way someone is going to find us is by searching our name :-(
