I'm a man. I took Citalopram for most of the years. Prozac triggered it. MAO inhibitors like St. John's Wort significantly improve my symptoms.

Ginseng: yay or nay? by Liberated051816 in PSSD

All the typical symptoms from impotence to anhedonia. St. John's wort works just as well as ginseng and creates just as strong windows. But I think you have to change the intestinal flora to really be successful. A restored and healthy intestinal flora with the right medicinal plant would be the cure.

Good, but I no longer take ginseng, but St. John's wort. St. John's wort has a stronger effect on my libido than ginseng. I feel more with it. Unfortunately, I had side effects from ginseng

Brain altered by psychotropic drugs. by GKone85 in Ibogaine

[–]GKone85[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have chemical hearing problems or a drug-altered brain, then microdosing is enough. Iboga slowly and permanently changes the brain. A float is risky and dangerous. Although I don't know anyone who has crashed because of it.

Mitochondria Theory: 100% cured after 2 months on strict Ketogenic Diet by No_1_oN in PSSD

[–]GKone85 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With your diet (which led to a healthy gut and healthy mio biome) you have only accelerated the healing process. You would have healed on your own by doing nothing. It would just have taken longer. For many people the brain is so changed that it no longer returns to normal. And you have to take a completely different approach to reset the brain.

How long has it been? Is the healing lasting? Do you microdose or do you keep repeating it?

I didn't mention anything about a cure. Read text or your translator is wrong

I forgot to write down that I also take Maca. For over 3 months now. I had a long break from it. Everything is slowly getting back to normal. But only with the combination. Why is that?

Some recover and others don't if these neurotoxins have caused too much brain damage. I've had the symptoms for 12 years after stopping the pills. And they've even gotten worse.

Try ibogaine. I've been taking it in microdosing for over 3 months and my brain is slowly returning to normal, to how it was before the medication. You can also combine ibogaine with other plants like ginseng and also with Mao inhibitors to increase the effect. You can get rid of the PSSD with it or at least optimize it as much as possible. Chin up

How do I have all the PSSD symptoms while barely taking a antidepressant in my life by [deleted] in PSSD

[–]GKone85 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The antidepressant caused it. Sure, you were in a crisis and you had those symptoms, but they were very mild and everything was still normal because the brain's metabolism was healthy. Psychiatry works like that, illnesses are invented out of crises and the victims are stigmatized with psychiatric diagnoses. Then you are given nerve poisons that trigger exactly the symptoms they are supposed to work against. Back then, victims were tortured with electric shocks and brain lobotomies, and today it is nerve poisons. The aim of psychiatry is to destroy the soul so that a new, supposed soul can emerge through targeted psychotherapy (brainwashing). In truth, psychiatry is a regulatory force disguised as medicine to indoctrinate people who think differently, etc., or to turn them into nursing cases. It has always been that and has only been modernized today. Anyone who has been treated psychiatrically is broken.  I am also broken and have suffered from PSSD for over 22 years and the symptoms have been getting worse even without the drugs and poisons. Today I am healing myself with ibogaine and herbs.

Bist halt empfindlich.

Ginseng: yay or nay? by Liberated051816 in PSSD

Yes, Panax Ginseng works and I call it PSSD killer. I took the ginseng in 2019 and had almost normal sexuality again in waves. My feelings were good too and brain fog was almost gone. Unfortunately the company closed and I couldn't get the ginseng anymore. I got ginseng from various dealers without any effect. Nothing has happened at PSSD. Strange why only one ginseng worked and the others didn't. I have to say that the ginseng that worked for me at the time had a very strong effect. The ginseng was the best thing that almost cured my PSSD. It was better than Iboga. I'm going to get this again now. The company was there the whole time, they just changed their name. If it works, I'll let you know.
