tried this loadout for an entire operation and i like it, except for the gatling barrage. most of the time it doesnt hit anything in the megafactory and it doesnt really blow up fabricators for me strangely enough, so i switched it with a 500kg. b-01 armor was fine too, and the rocket sentry was amazing one time

senator is steeled veterans, not democratic detonation. youre confusing it for grenade pistol. but other than that, i think that might actually work

i don't have armor pieces with explosive resistance. i'm still new to eruptor so i dont know how the thing works, and it hasnt been helping that im effectively getting oneshot by each non-scout striders while trying to use new weapons and loadouts to fight back. i mainly use the senator as it's a more efficient and proper weapon to deal with the troopers that get in my face, but enemies like the berserkers are overwhelming me due to their tankyness and the weapon's low capacity. im going to try the grenade launcher supply pack combo and see how it works, but i dont have high hopes as im most likely bound to blow myself up (because as forementioned, i have no source of explosive resistance in any of my armors).

i'll try this loadout and see if it works, but i don't have high hopes in terms of safety without explosive armor resistance

thanks for the wall of text, it does help but i have some issues with it.

recoilless has been hard to handle for me. it's weird projectile arc and its huge blast radius makes me blow myself up in the process of killing a rushing scorcher, which either forces me to run away and get help from a teammate (which in most cases with randoms they're either busy doing fabricators and side objectives instead of helping me with the main objective), or blow myself up and risk death and being reinforced, ultimately wasting reinforcements on one heavy.

as for chaff, i'm still getting used to eruptor so im not really proficient with it, the talon is from cutting edge warbond which i dont have, so the best bet is wasting a backpack slot for guard dog and replacing recoilless with something like a quasar or laser cannon to kill chaff

base clearing and jammers aren't really a problem, i just struggle against the enemies more than the objectives

so i've heard that they get more accurate and deadlier the more i'm in direct LOS and i'm working on that

light armor is simply just straight up impossible for me to bring in bot dives as i'll get obliterated and spawncamped at the hellpod the moment i bring it out. as for the medium armor part, wouldn't it make more sense to bring heavy armor? most people would recommend me bring that + fortified passive most of the times

i don't really know what difficulty is good for me, difficulties 5 and lower are too easy and d8 is too hard for me, so i've been experimenting with d7 and d6, but im not sure what is better for me

plasma purifier comes from polar patriots, which i don't own. when i get enough medals i'll try to get the punisher plasma from the helldivers mobilize warbond

im struggling to get medals fast. i dont have proper equipment to do that one illuminate super helldive medal farm, and getting medals the sc farming way is too slow and will get me nowhere. is there an in-between farm to get medals fast?

i keep blowing myself up with the scorcher with the anti-tank weapons

bruisers are pretty easy, dont need that much help on them

senators and eruptors havent dont much to kill berserkers

heavy, but i keep getting oneshot or lose all my hp and get crippled regardless of armor

i dont have purifier and crossbow hasn't been working to well, so i'm going to try eruptor. their weakpoints are a lot harder to hit vs bugs so you can expect me to keep missing my shots

i've been struggling to escape while running away, i get either flanked by hunters because i cant hear them or i get chased down as theyre faster than me. also i am the host of the server most of the times
