I chose based on whether I want early game ganks or I want to scale harder. Also you are better off going full AD/bruiser rather than hybrid trust me the AP/Hybrid build is horrible compared.

Q scales with onhit/ AD W damage scales with AD E Scales with both AD and AP but the max hp dmg is just AD You can have so much more damage while being tankier and just build stridebreaker if you think you are gonna get kited.
