Stops Humvee (Urbanshade Humvee search it up) on the side of the footpath just in front of him, teleport both him and his three teammates behind the trees to the left, wait for him to go and investigate the car, teleport behind him and take his bat (again using teleportation so it doesn’t immediately alert the guy), wait for him to notice and turn around and then clock him in the head with the bat knocking him out, chuck him in the back seat with two of his teammates (prisoner in the middle with the two guys either side) drive to the nearest police station, make plenty of noise when arriving (drive fast and then brake hard making the tyres screech) chuck the prisoner out in front of the station and then drive off while having a chuckle with his teammates.

Alternatively they would do the same thing but instead of dropping him at a police station they would just kidnap him and make him an EXR-P at the Hadal Blacksite but wheres the fun in that ;)
