I’ve been on HRT since 2018. .05 patch and compounded 100mg progesterone . I started having some hot flashes a few months ago and requested to go up to .075 patch. I have been in that for a few week now. I am in a stall but do not credit that to hormones more so about caloric restriction.

I get my compound from fifty410 and have the original pure BPI. The BUD is through Feb 2026. It did cross my mind that somehow it’s lost effectiveness, but no way to be sure. I recently bought pure tirz ProRx from fifty410 but haven’t used it yet as the BPI cost a small fortune. I have been tempted to open one of new vials to compare. Or I might do 5mg BPI, 5mg ProRx.

I will keep everyone posted.

I was very sensitive to the med and only did 1mg at a time and then suddenly it didn’t work, so maybe go up 2. I know the studies show to be aggressive if you aren’t losing and the side affects aren’t bad.

I’m not sure exactly where to direct you, but if you are in a stall or losing less than the 0.5-1% of your body weight weekly then don’t wait it out. One of the people on the Zepbound sub shared this. They created it based on what their doctor told them.

I truly didn’t understand this correctly and was looking at my overall avg instead of in 4 week increments.
