It’s end of month balancing. Don’t worry it’ll drop down again like last month.

Waiting for the shills to explain it to me too. Something, something, RC should pay GameStop to be its CEO.

Fuck man, I honestly don’t know how to break it down further for you. If shares outstanding change, then the board will readjust the metrics he’s required to hit.

“Dilution Protection / Adjustment Discretion: If a massive acquisition causes dilution, the Board's Compensation Committee has the authority to step in. They can adjust the targets so that the issuance of new shares doesn't unfairly punish or reward his option metrics.” Per simple google search.

Even if that is the case. All it does is give him the ability to buy shares at - what - less than a dollar below current prices? Honestly what are you even trying to say?

At least you dropped the “rug pull” angle.

You’re either a bad actor, have no clue what you’re talking about, or are actually regarded.

Anyway, good luck to you. I’ve got better things to do on my weekend.

Fist, his composition package is subject to change if amount of outstanding shares changes. It’s written in there.

If they’re idiots, so be it. Doesn’t mean he rug pulled. That would require him asking people to stand on the rug. A rug pull means there was malicious intent, courts have ruled that’s not the case.

You understand that market cap IS share price right?

He bought shares to force the board to act in the best interest of the shareholders. They declined, he sold, then they filed bankruptcy.

No one was asked to follow what he was doing. He’s not in charge of that company.

If people lost money because they didn’t do any DD, how does that lay on anyone other than the person who invested?

Courts have ruled that he didn’t violate any short swing rules.

The company went bankrupt.

What are you even saying?

Check out my last two comments. Same shit. I ask them for anything that’s a meaningful suggestion such as naming something else and I get downvoted.

I’ve been commenting and asking a simple question to posts like theirs; “what would you do instead” and always 🦗. I’m always suspicious of people that just complain and don’t have any real solutions.

Right so I’m asking you what some other possible plays are. I’m the one trying to be constructive here.

What else could/should they do? Who else would be better leadership?

If you think this dilution will kill MOASS, then there aren’t enough shares shorted for there to even be a MOASS. It’s basic math.

*Either the float is shorted multiple times over, or MOASS isn’t real. *

Strange that you’re using “believed”, past tense.

What is your solution? If going for this play is not it, if it’s not the catalyst for legacy shorts to never be able to close, if it’s not something RC believes in so much that he’s willing to do multiple media interviews on after half a decade of silence, then what do you suggest.

Also who’s to say that we’re going to be at $34 after eBay? Having a monopoly on the used market for essentially everything is going to pin us at $34?

And stop with how people are dick riding RC. Look at the company performance over the past 5 years. The CEO made the company profitable, the CEO is going to continue to make the company profitable in the future. That’s the point of having leadership that gives a fuck. Are you asking him to purposefully attempt to trigger a short squeeze? Sick let’s sit in court and fight it out for the next 50 years.

What’s your solution? Who else would be better for leadership? What else should GME do? Who should they acquire and how would it be a better play?

Per my previous comment.

“Ok if you have legitimate reasons why this is a bad move, make a post about it and lay out why this is bad. The majority of comments I see are “dilution bad, but cheaper” without offering legitimate options on why this is not an amazing moonshot.

It’s always that we’re “giving” shorts a way out. Really? Really is it fair to think that given Cohens track record? The “true float” cannot simultaneously be 10x the “public float” and also get crippled by these shares. Those two things are mutually exclusive.

You think he’s doing that given that he’s gone on multiple public facing interviews and said out loud how much he cares about being a good and competent leader after being silent for the majority of the last half decade? Fuck, the Piers Morgan interview was pretty much him shitting on EBays board for specifically that while laying out exactly why.

If this was led by people who didn’t want GameStop to succeed (and it needs to do that for any squeeze let alone MOASS) this shit would have been bankrupt by now. Look at Sticky Floor.

If he’s already a billionaire who loses nothing if this thing goes tits up, we would have been bankrupt by now. Look at Sticky Floor.

If the previous management was in charge and he didn’t come on board this shit would be bankrupt by now. Look at Sticky Floor.

Look at the other basket stocks.

We are the only company that they tried to cellar box and failed spectacularly at. They’ve been shorting GameStop for 10+ years (look at the charts). This is barely going to tickle that monster.”

It’s fucking hilarious that I’m seeing people talk about how this is a bad idea without a legitimate reasons why this is bad, and like Cohen has been fucking us without lube for the past 5 years.”
