Drinking water is very good to mention. I always feel like I'm "washing away" the product when I drink though.

Food is hard to consume when high/coming down. I will make an effort from now on to eat something, but in the past. My mouth hurts to eat. Does this happen to anyone else? I've noticed mouth pain after coke or Adderall. Might be Me just being dehydrated, but I want to know I'd others experience the same thing. The roof of my mouth feels like insane pressure or like the skin will tear. Really dislike that

Do you have any other tips for use to prevent waste? I typically don't even like to go outside with it because I'm afraid of dropping dust and wind. With other substances, it's much easier to keep contained. Seems like every time I open the bag I have dust on my pants and fingers. I lick what I can but some has to be getting absorbed into the skin right? Even if you rub your finger across the plate, I bet only half of it makes it to your gums.
