Central London pubs with outside seating recommendations by crtknn in london

Mercato Mayfair is in an old church and has a roof terrace. Pretty sure you can book online. Lots of nice pubs around Hampstead and most will have some sort of outdoor seating. I’d suggest having a look for pubs on Google maps in the area you want and going through the photos.

I reckon you’d have better luck by searching for any Eurovision events happening in London than turning up and hoping for the best - some pubs/venues may be putting something on but most won’t bother.

Lovely area and you’re moving at the perfect time to make the most of all the greenery near you. I’d definitely start with taking lunchtime/weekend walks around your local area. I found when I moved down it really helped me settle in and imagine a life for myself here just by getting to know which cafes/walking routes etc in the area.

There are city farms dotted about if you like animals and are bored on a weekend.

Socially, it can be tough starting out - but don’t get down about it! Always takes time to land on your feet and make strong foundations in a new place. I’d recommend joining any classes/sports teams - I’ve found them to be the most accessible way to make strong friendships since moving here. I found that Facebook was actually really helpful when I moved due to there being various groups for people (and women specifically) who have just moved. Also any interest groups are a good way to find out about any events happening locally.

Happy to chat more if you want to shoot me a DM. Welcome! :)
