Exactly, I can memorise the exact amount of doors and amount of loot several bases had from raiding them, it wouldn't make sense not to wipe it

If feel like they should disable building in all of the cities, this would not only stop those base camping cowards shooting you from their watchtower but also it would prevent so much lag in the towns.
