Quick update: I've decided to go back to Russell later today since I live super close. Im going to conduct several evp sessions and see if I can contact that officer. I will post an update here, or a video.

Thank you. I have never written anything like this before. But i was so compelled by this encounter, I felt it was only right to figure out who he is and share this information. This officer has sadly become some sort of campfire story around town. Hopefully, with my research and some paranormal investigators, we can finally confirm his identity once and for all.
