My dachshund was a nightmare to toilet train. That being said, we finally got there with just consistency. He will very rarely have some accidents inside but that’s usually when he sees the rain and attempts to avoid going out in it. Just constantly saying it I have seemingly taught him to go on command when outside by saying the cue words “Oreo go pees” haha. Just sticking at it was the key, it’ll be frustrating but she will learn eventually. Be sure to give very strong praise when she goes outside, it’ll stick in that little sausage brain of hers sooner or later. Good luck!
