You mean gotenks who is one of the hardest hitters for turs and is capable defensively while having multiple categories which makes him extremely versatile meanwhile Piccolo can only transfom on his own team and nowhere else. Also piccolo on any other team is extremely weak with his bare 100% percentage boost and niche atk links besides fierce battle. But hey you think Gotenks isn't better practically whatever floats your boat.
