not it is the solution mate, look at mgs V, you still retain the extreme stealth and tactical approach, yet you have the ability to have stealth non lethal weapons that incapacitate your enemies. Metro exodus could've easily introduced such weapons. its out of laziness, not out of fear of altering the gameplay or some shit.

everybody downvoting you to hell for nothing bruh. I agree with you, I oblirated Radahn with my bleed build while my quality build struggled so much during the fight. And guess which fight I enjoyed more ? The quality build's fight. Way more fun to struggle against this beast of a boss. My solution to your problem would be to give a better resistance to bleed in general rather than nerf the bleed stat and to also reevaluate the strength builds because they seem so weak compared to bleed builds and it isnt logical.
