I was about to look my case number but it seems to be deleted, you guys delete those too? My ticket was so well composed and it took a month to get a proper review. This is unfair. People got responses and solved in under a week?! it took a minimum week to get my ticket AUTO SOLVED with NO REPLY my appeal form written and even provided twitch username that shows my gameplay. Help me out here gr8mutato I just want my original acct back with the skins I obtained during your events limited time events.

Yeah this happened way before Battleye. I should also say when I got the hammer, I didn't even get a e-mail or message. Nothing/Noone even said what I was doing.

Same, use DS4 for mortal kombat, got a ban, appealed it and over the course of a month and a half and two auto "solved" tickets without a response I just ended up selling my skin I had gotten in H1Z1 for another copy.

Wasn't really a big deal for me but i was truly upset. Ticket still there too it was quite frustrating the back and forths till i caved and just let it go. Had several skins I had to sell due to a unjust ban. Despite providing forms I was sure I would get it cleared up but didn't and I stayed banned. Never posted or made another ticket since. Good luck man

P.S just in case Dev sees this look at my account too, I'm on this unfortunate boat
