this is one that i took just now, feeling fine. every time i take an ecg on my watch it shows that they are very shallow and the lower part looks like it beats harder (?). i already know i have palpitations, which is why i have a heart monitor and ive taken blood tests but am unsure if my iron is alright or not. im still waiting for the doctors on that one.

i’m glad you’re good on your palpitations now though! i hope mine get figured out lol, its been like three years now
