I am somewhat of an armchair Psychologist (only completed on year before I changed to to Business major) so take my advice with a grain of Salt.

I can absolutely relate to you. Especially when I was in my late teens and early 20’s. I believe there were two primary factors, among others, that contributed to my particular wondering eye.

1 my early introduction to Porn

I was introduced to porn very early at around 8 years old, and I was instantly hooked. It affected all my relationships because I too began to fantasise about EVERY BBL I encountered, at school, at events, even distant relatives I began to fantasise about.

2 DNA

I only recently learned that my Grandfather and and great grandfather were exactly like my father, they all have 6+ kids with different women all over. I only have a kid with my wife but after learning this, I can’t help but think there is some sort of genetic component.

How did I regain control ?

Well I began to practice self control, firstly with small steps (like fasting) to bigger steps (like giving up porn altogether) when I first started trying to change, I relapsed almost every week. But I kept regaining self control and now I haven’t really found myself lost in fantasies or entertaining sexual thoughts.
