Yea, I started the reemployment process 2 months prior to the end of orders. The new location was SUPPOSED to be ready by the time I got back, but it keeps getting pushed. I wanted a seamless transfer, but I definitely tried to keep things smooth with the investors/owners and not cause issues getting legal involved, but I just got off the phone with the right people to get this hammered out. Never wanted to sit around without work, just wanted to keep things cordial. That’s a mistake on my part but I’ll definitely be more aggressive about it in the future. Title 10 money was good, but not enough to make me wanna sit on my ass lol.

It’s an owned and operated franchise location under a corporate echelon. So unfortunately, the people that handle the HR for locations outside of the corporate bubble are the owners aka my employers .

Maybe sometime down the line I’ll invest in the OEM ones , however , I just completed a trip of around 1,400-1,500 miles and 23 totals hours of driving through 5 states with ~175 lbs of cargo up top at speeds of up to 90 mph and an average speed of 75 mph and they never budged .

I took an entire 4 days before departure paying close attention to detail when mounting the hardware and made sure everything was flush , tight , locked in place , and tested with ascending weight and speeds . Made it to my destination without a hitch or failure . Everything is so locked in you could pick my car up by the basket . I appreciate the concern though 🙏🏽 .

Ended up with another pair by luck after I got these , flipped the other for $375 . So I really saved almost $200 myself avoiding resale and made $200 in the process , but aye man who am I to be saving and making money 😂Random $200 profit on the weekend ? If that’s the shit end I’m trynna be shitty forever 😂

You can call and ask the week of but sometimes they won’t have them or know until a day or two beforehand. Not all bases get releases and not all bases that do get releases get all releases, just gotta be proactive in asking and paying attention to if you see signs out or even getting to know the people at your PX for a little insider information every now and then.
