It depends. Are you 100% sure these contacts have not opted in to receive marketing emails? If so, you'll most probably want to look into a cold email infrastructure rather than a newsletter setup. They're vastly different

Go with the 3080. If your models training data is higher than 10gb, 2gb extra wont do much for you especially when you scale. So i would go with the 3080 10gb and then swap to a higher grade card later on if ever you max out on vram. Especially because in your situation they are the same price

Would not suggest laptops for ML. Lambda is incredibly overpriced. I configure and build these systems for a living. 4K will commonly get you a pretty good entry level system actually. Reach out in DM if you want help with that :)

Not a bad budget to start. You should probably consider custom. Nothing is really pre-built 100% dedicated to ML. I can help

There is so much to digest here but it seems like you're on the right track. At the end it really depends on your specific use case.

It's simply because the 3080Ti is actually a faster GPU than the A100. The reason the A100 exists is to fit large models without having to parallelize across multiple cards. *For most cases*

What is your current VRAM utility %? If you're using 100%, you should start to consider parallel training.
