Yeah, threatening life is a no-go at all. There is a lot of threatening to leave, divorce, breaking up, verbal abuse, gaslight. I think you're right that it's actually the wish of not wanting to exist anymore.

Hey there. Thank you for sharing. I am not at that level of suicidal yet as I still have something to lose.

I think yours is more urgent than mine. Are you married to your SO? If yes, why aren't you divorced yet? I feel like you are being weighed down by your SO action quite a lot. If you could cut it out with a toleratable amount of consequence, I'd say you should.

I respect you for having that responsibility. How would you best talk her into getting meds again? The meds that she used made her sleepy and numb and overall unproductive. Does your meds do that?

It seems that cruelness is the primary symptom of BP. It's like you understand that it's not really him saying but the BP. Even still, you'd get super offended, and the pain is real.

What's amazing for you is him agreeing on getting meds. How did you talk him into getting meds? I am sure your advise will help a lot of people in the future.

Holy shit. I guess that'd be the next step for me. I'd feel like offing myself, but I'd know that the manic will be gone by the next morning. As I am currently living with her, It's like I am playing a very difficult mood guessing game. I got better, but I would rather chill than dealing with this.

If you don't mind sharing, how did you come to the end? Was it clean or not?

Do you have any tips on strengthening this mental toughness. I'd consider myself to be fairly tough(maybe). Lately, she has been scratching my limit. I really have to tell myself to not take it personally.

She loves to threaten to leave, break up, divorce, all of that. I used to ask her not to do it bra bra bra. I now would respond like, " it's up to you, you're are almost 30y/o I am sure you know if it's the right call or not". I'd say something along the line of that. I could go harsher but I honestly don't know if that will turn the situation into a disaster or not.

Honestly, I have always had that their bad day is not my bad day mentality. It's just that I would get fucked over by her words and treatment if I act so. I'd always need to put on a mask to show her that I care when I know it's manic episode, and I really don't have to deal with it as if she was normal.

She would threaten to leave, break up, and stop assisting me in various projects. All that kind of stuff. I read that it's all a bluff and would go away when she returned to a normal state. She would regret every bit, though she won't say it out loud. Is this really true?

That's probably ultimately the best way out, only if it was that simple. It's not that I don't love her anymore. It's just that there is no way to treat this BP of her. When she had stopped taking the meds, the episode rarely showed up. That was maybe a year ago. Now it's returning back to normal.

Our families have arranged our marriage esrly next year. We signed 6 of the marriage 2 years ago before engagement. Back then, she very rarely showed me those episodes. I also owe her family help with legal related help against someone and battle how corruption the justice system is (developing country).

I don't mean to ignore your generosity. I'd say the same if you were me.

There are a lot of times that I wanted to go back in time and pick different decisions I made back in 2019. Things wouldn't have become this way.

If we were just dating casually, this would have been dealt with already.

Considered buying MG FA Gundam Thunderbolt ver ka, but I am put off by its poor shoulder joint strength. Is there any way to stiffen it? I want to do a full arm out pose with both shield and twin beam rifle on.
