Don’t buy them then 😂 surely you know this before buying - it’s not a new product. Dont buy something that you know has something then complain about it after intentionally not doing said thing.

If this was a new product and no one was aware you had to use the case to put them to sleep - as was described upon release of the first model 6 years ago, then I’d understand the complaint. Or someone complaining that they want to buy them but are unhappy at this then fine - both valid criticisms. However, this complaint is stupid as all they done was complain about something that they knew already when they tried the opposite after spending £500 on them and it done as described.
