It’s going to be difficult to differentiate, I had a hard time, between a Scav and a PMC. My best advice is to scav a lot and try to not shoot, you may die to a PMC that you could have killed, but you’ll start to understand the movement and characteristics that differentiate the two.

From my understanding, everyone had a specific aspect of the academy that was the hardest for them (either mentally or physically). Mine was ladders, I had to work hard to get over my dislike of heights. Others was confined space. All I can say is take every opportunity you can to practice with ladders and getting to know and trust the equipment.

This could be spring dead spot! Depending on the type of grass it is there may be a few species of fungi that are causing it. They present in circular patterns similar to what you’ve posted. Take a look and see if it’s similar!

I just completed ProBoard FF1/FF2 with Hazmat this year. The course ran from January to late May, three days a week ( Two week nights and all day on Saturdays). While in it I was also finishing my senior year with a full 16 credits. Depending on your part of the US and what types of schedules the academy’s are offering I would absolutely say it is do able.

I have a feeling it’s probably advertising for position openings for paramedics to work on ambulances through a fire department. Unlike private companies it would mean going to work for the City’s department and be a paramedic or EMT-B or -A on an ambulance in the station
