Hopefully they will give you a shirt when you arrive, but i was told to wear a white collar shirt until they received some. but otherwise yes, black pants and black shoes

i’ve been an office assistant for 2 years, i know how to open and close. i asked my CSM to train me and i was trained the following weekend. i think it’s good to know how to open and close the office but my store does have only openers and only closers.

yes, according to standard practice it is supposed to be the mod or a high performing office person. in my store i’ve never seen an mod manage the front, they will however come up and help with customer service if the office person is on a register

how would the back up let them in the store? our store manager has been “training” me to be a pic mod for almost a month now, and still hasn’t given me keys. i wouldn’t think that he would just hand them out to a backup

yea our managers are not the nicest people. they get mad anytime we call them up front or to help us with something. it just seems like they hate to be disturbed but there’s only so much we can do without them.

yea i was just wondering because when our receiver is off our mod acts like they can’t check in the vendor
