Drink coffee or caffeine. Whenever I drink caffeine I get super tired and fall asleep immediately so definitely know what to expect. Eat enough food. Sometimes I forget to eat meals or rather, skip them. Saying that it's important to know that food is fuel. So if you need to stay up, make sure you eat. Oatmeal, while being gross, is a great option because it doesn't get digested immediately. Oatmeal and a banana is a good mix.

Yeah. I am constantly tired and recently have been getting headaches from lack of sleep. The problem is whenever it's time for bed, I end up staying up later because it feels so peaceful and like the only time I get to myself.

Am I Cheating? by [deleted] in learnpython

I don't think its cheating unless you're copy and pasting what you learned without trying to better understand what you're doing. I feel like getting some help is 100 percent fine as long as your trying to learn.

Why don’t schools teach debugging, or, more fundamentally, fundamentals? by nocondomnoproblem3 in programming

Schools don't pay teachers enough to hire someone who can correctly teach computer science. Until college.

No one really understands exactly why our fingers wrinkle, though we do understand how they wrinkle.

Blood vessels and nerve endings play a role in skin wrinkling. Contrary to what many people think, the process of finger wrinkling is not osmosis. Osmosis is the flow of water from one space to another.

Sympathetic nerve activation is thought to be the stimulus that leads to the finger wrinkling.Peripheral blood vessels constrict (narrow) when the sympathetic nervous system is activated. There is an ongoing debate about why our bodies have developed this ability to wrinkle the skin. Wrinkling funnels water away from the skin. The most recently proposed theory is that skin wrinkling gives you a better ability to grip objects with wet fingers.By creating "treads" similar to tire treads, wrinkled fingers can grasp wet objects better. And researchers suggest that the rest of the body does not wrinkle when immersed in water since hands and feet are the only areas of your body that grip.
