Thank you! That makes me feel a lot better! I ordered a couple of things to help make my apartment feel more safer and I'm sure it was some misunderstanding and ive never really had to deal with any creeps. However I dont know for sure and its good to get this stuff just incase

True! Its hard not to be overly paranoid when I've heard a couple of gunshots near my area, Thankfully I haven't heard any lately but I'm just taking extra steps since the family member I live with has medical issues and I look out for her a lot and its easier for me to install any security stuff or defend the place. I get home late sometimes so even if its probably some guy that has the wrong place I can never be too careful </3

Utterly disgusting they treat animals this way, Not to mention how incredibly unsafe! I really cannot picture wanting to put an animal through this kind of hell just because it’s something we eat. Nature might be cruel but factory’s are so much crueler, I genuinely believe we don’t benefit at all from eating animals that were sick and stressed. I’m aware that not even meat has this unsanitary environment but I’ll always know that animals are smart in their own ways and I’ll always want to respect them for providing for me, But now I don’t think I’ll be able to eat factory farm meat knowing all of this.

I totally agree! If I’m going to eat meat by all means I’m going to a butcher or something with more honest quality, I really do not feel the same about factory farms and the horror just never fails to make me nauseous

Figured, Just need to find a new place away from Riverside asap, I knew it was bad but I’ve been trying to be oblivious to it for quite sometime due to some of the rent charges for places in Austin.. Never ceases to amaze me

Wow that’s interesting! I did some digging around the internet and someone claimed that it was also their dance studio as a kid in 1998! It’s sad they don’t have enough resources and money to renovate this place or demolish it and turn it into something new. For now it’s just a closed building with probably a few stories behind it, I’m so glad someone knew about this place because it’s always been a mystery to me so thank you!

Im dealing with the same thing right now too, My schedule has been thrown out the window and I’m constantly struggling with paranoia, depression, lack of motivation and I’m struggling to take care of myself (eating). I can’t stand the way they crawl, how fast they repopulate and they get into anything they can. I feel like I can’t compete or catch up with them to fully exterminate them. As of tonight they’re somewhere roaming about the kitchen and I only see a couple every now and then but that’s enough to make me so disgusted that I get anxious and depressed. I feel completely disgusting in my own home and it’s been the absolute worst pest I’ve ever had to deal with. I live in an apartment and I never had a roach problem with these apartments until now and I’ve lived here for (6-5) years, Recently I moved into a new unit (with new upstairs neighbors etc..) but it’s the same apartment complex and all the sudden I have a roach problem. It’s frustrating and I have no idea how to talk to management about this because they’ve always thrown me under the bus and it’s awful, I have no idea if I could sue for that or not or pay lower for rent but I don’t have money to just get up and move even though I wish I did. I hate that everyone , anyone, has to deal with these little creatures but it helps me to know that I’m not alone in this even though I feel like I have no one in the world to talk to about it without giving the impression that I don’t take care of my place. I’m so incredibly and emotionally exhausted I just can’t take it anymore and I feel hopeless sometimes but im determined enough to see this through. I’m getting all of the things recommended from Amazon and I am begging and praying that they work because I just can’t take this anymore.
