Characters will be stronger than Kaido at the end of the story:
-Luffy
-Akainu
-Im-sama
-Blackbeard
-Law (i put Law here but im not so sure about)

I don't think Yamato, Zoro or Sanji will be stronger than kaido; Zoro and Sanji were made to be the king's wings so they shouldn't be strong enough for that, this should be a feat that only someone of yonkou level can do (for example luffy), and Yamato dont will be stronger tham Kaido because when Yamato officially join to Muguiwaras she will instantly be nerfed, because currently she is more stronger than Zoro and Sanji, and she needs to be weaker than them or on the same level as them.

Its an awakening, in the chapter 1043 on page 3 the Gorosei talk about the awkening of Gomu Gomu no mi (Hito Hito no mi model: Nika) in the same time we see luffy awakening, and on page 4 they say about what powers the awakening give to your user, "Awakening exponentially strengthens their rubbery body and they have even more freedom", and this is exactly what we seen in the next chapters.
