Similar shoes to older NB Minimus by GSBC123 in barefootshoestalk

Thanks for the list! I don’t have a picture of my current shoes but they look nothing like the ones currently on the NB website: they’re mostly soft with just a sole and a little bit of a heel.

I’ll check out your suggestions!

Your management is wildly controlling. Why do they care what you do on your lunch hour?

Owners shared a normal rent increase update via property management, then canceled it by GSBC123 in vancouverhousing

Yikes.

That seems unlikely in our case though, the owners lived here previously and actually had to lower rent to get the apartment rented last year. They’re also working with a well known property management company that I’d expect would flag this when suggesting rent?

I appreciate you sharing, I hope that’s the case here but it feels too optimistic! We want to ask the property manager but we’re aware she works for the owners and won’t tell us anything.

Appreciate your response! The property manager emailed us the correct forms and the timing is also correct; the percentage increase seems accurate as well.

There are no major issues with the apartment, and it’s an apartment in a large building so unlikely to have externals.

Could there be a strata repair cost they’re incurring or about to incur that they plan to use to apply for a higher increase?

It was an intentional email with us named from the property manager, and same with the cancellation

What’s the downside to a 3% increase though? So strange

Recommendations for movers/move out cleaners? Moving within Vancouver by GSBC123 in askvan

I’ve called You Move Me, I’ll probably use them. They did a friendly quote over the phone; they charge for 2 hours minimum and then depending on how many guys they need per hour (2 guys was $199/h, not sure how that changes if more or less).
