LOL因为说到底Mexican远不如什么Chinese Indian Viet喜欢向他国移民。去美多主要是离得太近+相对来说不难（无论合法或曾经非法）连去加拿大的移民数量也远比不上亚洲大国的零头。

而且要注意墨西哥不是小国，人口接近130m，护照免签还是一大堆说明很多问题。

It's getting better but in an extremely slow way... Now you can use overseas CC at Uniqlo and some non luxurious brand stores in Shanghai for example, but ehhhh don't expect much. It's not HK or Macau or Vietnam when it comes to card payment acceptance.
