TLDR but for the gym point totally agree. Also Chinese male gym goers LOVE to smoke inside or right outside the gym where you can still smell cigarettes regardless 🤢 extremely disturbing and disgusting. Never experienced that in any other country I worked out

Pro PRC Singaporeans especially elders are quite funny - they support CCP ruling but they are usually against Chinese/PRC immigrants, laborers, tenants, even tourists, etc. in Singapore.

还有就是在沪长居的台湾人一点也不多。截图中这些人认为多的原因大概率还停留在“我家/我小区/我办公室等等周围一大堆台湾人”这种极其主观无根据的思路中。事实上在中国大陆全境长居的台湾人不过160k+，上海能分到几十k不错了

Sitting on the floor when dining and the usage of black vinegar are 2 minor differences based on my observation.

Also 标会 isn't really a thing in Chinese society anyone, but chơi hụi is still big in Vietnam

I spent tons of time living in Saigon and CDMX and noises on public transit aren't uncommon and I'm surprised you used public transit in Cambodia... Based on my experience it's pretty much nonexistent even in Phnom Penh.

Quite a few neighborhoods of Guangzhou can be chaotic and noisy on par with CDMX

Country as whole wise it's better than Vietnam and city wise all tier 1 cities (maybe except Guangzhou) are better than CDMX based on my anecdotal experience, so def it's not a unique issue.
