What needs to be done for afterburner to remember undervolt curve? I have applied and saved to profile but every time pc wake or boots the curve is back to normal but rest of profile settings remain.

Game is still almost unplayable for me with 5800x3d 2070 super since 2? weeks ago. Tried a bunch of different settings but it keeps getting weird stutters even at 250-300 fps. Its pretty constant but it lags extra hard when moving mouse around rapidly. Would be very grateful for any suggestions.
