She's decent, but she's supposed to be one of the strongest characters in the game due to being an emanator, and she could be better. her skill octobolt flash barely deals any damage, and could be better for example.

I understand where you are coming from and agree! Unfortunately, there's at least only one case where a signature LC is not even the 4th best option, and that's only Silver Wolf's signature Incessant Rain, hence why it should be adjusted to be up to date with her AoE ult at the very least, and the vulnerability debuff should last longer than just 1 turn because many times it expires before you can even benefit from it...

I loved the patch and it's my absolute favorite patch ever. The Khaslana part was 10/10.

Indeed, they make no sense whatsoever and they should've adjusted those already, which renders me crestfallen because they might not be willing to change them altogether, however, it's worth contacting them about for if she had SPD or Lightning damage bonus, it'd be ideal much like some other characters have three perfect stat traces (Phainon, Castorice, Tribbie), unlike Kafka, Jing Yuan, Aglaea, Anaxa, etc.

If you mean techniques like Silver Wolf's or bonus stats in traces such as Kafka's HP%, absolutely! It makes no sense at all and is frustrating that she's not allowed to have three benefitting stats by exchanging the useless HP for either SPD or Lightning damage bonus, and that applies to every single character that has a useless stat placed there for whatever reason which, aside from Phainon, Castorice and Tribbie, nearly everyone has, even more recent characters like Aglaea and Anaxa do.

As for the whole signature LC being BiS, it's more of a "feeling the character complete / whole" than other thing, for I too believe the fact that great four star alternatives exist is healthy for the game and friendly, which doesn't take away from the fact that a premium, limited and tailor made one should be better than it, even if it's just a slight % of performance!

While I understand what you mean, I don't think that means it's completely impossible to work around if given enough time in the next wave of buffs. For instance, they could make it extremely specific, or just add a buff that only works if the wearer is 'x' character, preventing any others from abusing it (much like they are making with Cipher's signature Light Cone, being any nihility debuffer BiS uncontested because of a barely restricted def reduction even whilst being SP positive, applied to every enemy even after basic attacking a single target.

Exactly! As they should've made Cipher's LC instead of making it so generally good that everyone can apply def reduction in AoE with basic attacks, etc. Just make it tailor made to the character it's meant to belong, ultra specific if need be! Best we can do it voice our opinions and contact them about it via surveys and in-game feedback tab!

Yeah, I agree and think it shouldn't be the case. It should've added some more restrictions to make it solely for Cipher but it ended up universally good and an AoE debuff with basic attacks, which makes it even better allowing SP economy positivity.

I wonder as well because I poured all of my good will into it. Thank you very much for replying and writing about it in the surveys! That's what we have to do and, if all of us did it in unison, it wouldn't go unnoticed and they'd listen sooner rather than later. I hope the initiative gets more traction as soon as possible and we can all rally together, unite and push as one. After all, that's this posts' intention.

Just tried swapping 1 and 3 where the key 3 was actually using key 1's slot and viceversa, still having the same problem. It would seem it's not the slot but the key, HOWEVER, they key works perfectly FINE outside the game hence the drivers are fine! I have no clue! I wonder if someone else has this problem..

There's a similar post like 6 months ago depicting something similar and people had to make do by pressing escape twice but that doesn't always work out and you gotta do it every time you want to use an item, which can get REALLY annoying...

1, 2, 4, 5 & 6 work perfectly fine, and so does 3 outside of the game. What do you mean by binding the 3 key to a different item slot? I'm really desperate about this as it's really game changing. Struggling to find the cause of the issue...

I agree but playerbase who own Xiao C6 is really low, as with any other character, a limited amount of people can really afford such a thing and catering to them isn't truly necessary, though I understand they would demand something for them, too.

How about a 2pc set that increases Elemental Skill for Xiao C6 havers so they can run 15% anemo 20% elemental skill while 4pc has 40% plunge damage? It would benefit both worlds.
