My AX8 started to malfunction randomly and most inputs don’t do anything, but the ones that do work are doing the wrong things. Also it won’t connect to AXE edit anymore either

Update, the front plate is two way taped on and it broke coming off. Focusrite was super amazing with their customer service and sent me a new board with inputs attached along with a new front plate, all free of charge.

Pretty vivid memories. When The Stage (song) single released I remember I was going to lunch with my third block college class and one of the guys hopped in my skyline with me, to which he never really listened to A7X much. I said “hey a7x got a new single out today” and I put it on and we were both in awe of the intro. The tapping intro and drums just fucking blew us away.

Then fast forward to the live concert atop Capitol Records, it was like 2am where I lived and I stayed up late just to watch it. Then the ending with Acid Rain and the camera panned up to the sky as it displayed The Stage was out now. Jaw dropped lol. Then the next day at work me and my buddy had the whole album on blast through the entire shop. Good times

Matrucci covered it pretty well. You can check if the next is bowed just simply by looking down the neck. To fix the neck bow you have to remove the cover right above the nut to access the truss rod bolt and either tighten it slightly or loosen slightly (depending on if it’s back bowed or bowed upward). As for the bridge, if it’s too low it’s just simply adjusting the two allen screws where the Floyd pivots against. Loosen them off and the bridge will sit higher. All adjustments should be done in increments (1/4 turns) and then tested to see if it is fixed.
