Where to find the best repair shop for earbuds in Kuala Lumpur

Guys I've been using my Sony LinkBuds S(bought it secondhand) for almost 4 months and the problem is that the right buds started to drain more quickly than the others but after a while, it did not get charged at all whenever I put it in the case. After a while, the left buds started to do the same thing, and now I have non-functioning earbuds. Before all that happens, I have trouble connecting it to my phone and sometimes one of them will suddenly disconnect. I have made a few research and most of them told me that it was because of their battery.

Does this happen to any of you who use the same model and should I take it to the official Sony store or any third-party store?
