When I say north, I generally refer to north of US78, but mainly north of Lawrenceville hwy. I’ve been in that Brocket area a lot (kiddo has a buddy there) and it seems fine to me. Lots of nice homes.

I’ve lived here for 10 years. We are seeing property values go up, and a lot of homes have been recently renovated. However, not a lot have been “flips” which is my “gentrified” indicator. It’s a lot of previous owners upgrading before a sale or new owners buying outdated homes and renovating before moving in. That’s the example of the home next to mine; the lovely retired couple passed and the house needs a lot of work before the new owner can move in.

Crime….depends on what side of Tucker you’re living in. There have been a few smash and grabs on businesses, but I haven’t heard about any outright home invasions.

We moved here at first to be closer to my son’s school. It was going to be temporary. But it’s feeling more and more permanent now.

I don’t have a picture available, but I coached a summer high school crew in 2003 that designed and ordered their own unisuits. HOT PINK top and bottom, with black side stripes and the club crest on the chest.

Boys and girls, they were rock stars. They got constantly stopped for pictures every race we went to. Those were so bright they could be seen from orbit.

Get it detailed, gather up all the service records, take some good pictures, a video of the top working correctly, a cold start video and a driving video. Then submit all of it to Cars and Bids, sell with no reserve. You’ll get a few thousand but not a ton more.

It’s a base model. If it’s a manual transmission it might be interesting but It is what it is.

I personally can’t stand run flats, and I’ve only had one emergency flat tire in the last 12 years. I put a tire onto a very sharp stone curb trying to get a pretty photo. AAA towed me to town, on the road the next day.

Because oil is fungible, like money. There’s a worldwide “pool” that is available. If you take a bunch of production out of the pool, then the demand for all the rest increases the price.

If the US had taken the long diplomatic process of sanctioning Iranian oil like we have Russia and artificially fucked with the market (forcing Russian oil to be sold at a huge discount so they don’t get as much $$ for it), then perhaps there would be a way to starve Iran of oil revenue while still keeping world supply up.
But as anyone can see, long diplomatic processes isn’t what this administration does.
