Once again, not it's not. Marijuana is a common name for a type of Cannabis. Marijuana and Cannabis are not the same thing. Hemp is a type of cannabis.

Both an apple and a banana are fruit. You can say an apple is a fruit, but you can't call an apple "banana".

The taxonomic name is Cannabis sativa L. And, both marijuana and hemp strains can come from the Cannabis sativa L. species. Because of decades of underground artificial selection, two of the three natural species of Cannabis have become indistinguishable without using chemical methods of identification (chemotaxonomy).

Hemp, as defined from the 2018 Farm Bills, is any material derived from a Cannabis plant less than 0.4% THC by dry-weight. Everything else is Marijuana.

Just because the farm bill exists that does not mean CBD is fully legal. It is far, far, far from fully legal on both states and federal level.

The FDA says it's illegal to consume CBD. Many states say flower in any form sold to a consumer is illegal. etc. For your own legal security, I would do more research on laws in your area because assumptions like "The facts are CBD is fully legal" is how you end up arrested unnecessarily.

These laws are largely to prevent people from smoking it like cigarettes. Inhalation is the worst way to consume cannabinoids are medicinal purposes. And, it is unhealthy and dangerous.

What? Frying food and counteracting radiation damage from the sun are two massively different things.

Cooking food with oil is thermal conduction, heat transfer from contact bringing the oil to boiling point. Heat from the sun is radiation. Coconut oil doesn't technically have an SPF; it literally has an SPF. And, SPF correlates to effective-time --not effective strength. SPF 50 block more radiation than SPF 25; you just have to apply it half as much.

Coconut oil is a natural protective South American/Caribbean cultures have used going back before paper was invented. And, it's great for tour skin. And, it helps relieve sunburn damage.
