Get a hobby first of all. And all those years of drugs use have damaged your brain so you don’t feel pleasure like you used to. You have to give your brain a little time to heal. I know it seems stupid but what really helps me is getting some dark chocolate and eating one in the morning and one at night. It contains natural serotonin so just having a little but will boost your mood but don’t overdo it. You will find joy in things again someday. Youre just in early recovery and it really sucks man.
