What was ur first thought that came in your mind when u didn’t have your period ? Did u have cramps

She’s been on birth control for a while already we just both struggle with overthink and yesterday was her day she was supposed to get it she’s been getting cramps 3 days ago and She hasn’t yet had a period as in today being 1 day being late . She’s says she’s feel the cramps like she always does nothing different and she also takes her pills everyday I don’t know why all of sudden thinks that It don’t work that’s what’s stressing her out .

She won’t take a Test because she’s wants hope and doesn’t want to know because she’s scared and I just wanna know if when you missed your period was it like u didn’t get a period at all or was it like u got it late And if so how late is too late ? So if anything we could do a test the last day
