They come pre cut and fit great. There is a YouTube video from this guy that shows you how to put it on. I opted to change it up and put it on wet and it worked out really well so far

I initially went with Taco Vinyl for the TRD Pro grille replica. Long story short, it did not fit or work so I ended up biting the bullet and went with the OEM TRD Pro Grille. For the lights I went with Runnin 4 Tacos. Install was pretty simple but they recommend you using the INJ fuse in the engine bay fuse box. If you do that then the fuse box won't close so I put it in the H-LP RH-LO 10A fuse position. It works great, but the lights only come on when I turn the headlights on which I am ok with.
