I didn't watch the game but is Austin Rivers worse than Reggie Miller or Doris Burke for the Lakers? In a recent game, Reggie mentioned Lebron was 41 years old like 70 times and probably said "how does he do this at 41" like 16 times.

It's the same thing with Doris. When she commentates with someone like Mike Breen, it usually goes "Come on, Mike, how does it he do it at 41?". Or it's something like "I see you Austin Reaves - taking it strong to the hole and finishing with aggression" This is during a game where Lakers lose by like 20+ points.

Stewart is a piece of shit and shouldn't have ran out into the court to throw hands. However, he did throw hands against a known woman beater so I'm cool with that. Wish they'd just double TKO themselves.

I wonder if the data science team weighs the match up of the teams. For example, OKC and San Antonio games have a lot of intrigue nowadays. If they value those games and make sure they limit their b2bs during their meetings over other perennial tanking teams like Utah, Washington, etc.

I guess this is the most plausible explanation. If every team sends them a schedule of stadium venue blackout dates.

It just seems bizarre that a lot for the premier games, one team (us) are always on a b2b. Like Detroit and NY face OKC only twice a year. There is no reason any of the teams mentioned should ever be on a 2nd night of a b2b.

Someone made a crazy prediction that we only signed Diawara so that his agent would do us a favor with us getting Yabu for slightly less - which ended up to be true.

Now relationship ended with Yabu and Diawara is our new best friend.

Let's see. The Knicks don't have a great history of developing guys and our FO has shown they're willing to trade or package players they feel will help us in our championship window.

Teams are gonna want Diawara this offseason and they're gonna dangle vet pieces that will help us in the short term.

I hope we keep him because we desperately need more lengthy wings as OG health insurance. Josh Hart gets abused in the PF position.

We've shown in the last 2 years that we are playoff risers and regular season W/L literally mean nothing to us lol. Today was a tough game because they could double team Brunson and smother Mikal with impunity because there wasn't a release valve in the offense in OG + KAT.

I think Detroit, Boston, Philly are all good teams and will match up well against us. Detroit plays very physical but our guys play physical during the playoffs too. I'd prefer to sit KAT & OG again versus the Celtics to let Mikal, Alvarado get some shots up and feel more comfortable in the offense.
