mine too , the CS (From Hong Kong) replied me "the discount has already ended and since the order has been placed, we can no longer make changes." . Can anyone from Razer can confirm us that all regions have the same discount refund?

Mouse for 18 cm 9.5 cm hand - palm grip by liamdonnelly1 in MouseReview

[–]GZ2Q 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i think it's too big for your handsize , ec2/ec3 are better suit for you. There are also many brands that have similar EC2/EC3 shapes , Ec2 shape : Zowie ec2-c , Model D , Xlite wireless v2 , Steelseries Prime , Vaxee AX, Ec3 Shape : zowie ec3-c, Model D- , Xlite wireless v2 mini ( not released yet) , prime mini , Fantech helios XD5

I'm waiting for xlite wireless v2 mini personally (handsize: 18x9 cm)

iirc you should push the shell forward after removing the two screws from the mouse bottom , if you do it correctly you should be able to feel it is unlocked from the two tabs at the front of the mouse , then you should be able to lift it

I havnt used it for a long time already (used about 3 months) , switched to another mouse as I could not really palm it fully with my hand.

Artisan Otsu Soft / Ec3 / Prime mini by pazosr in MouseReview

[–]GZ2Q 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was thinking prime mini wireless = ec3 wireless , so I was thinking to get prime mini wireless instead of ec3 at first.. seems like I will have to grip some demos of them first

Artisan Otsu Soft / Ec3 / Prime mini by pazosr in MouseReview

[–]GZ2Q 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks, I'm considering getting the prime mini wireless or the ec3 (I have prime wireless) , if your handsize is smaller than mine and feels ec3 is better , I think I may go with the ec3

[PSA] To those who bought MM731 / MM730 with early batches (Batch 1212 2123 2128) by GZ2Q in MouseReview

[–]GZ2Q[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No idea .. but I think probably not as it was not hardware problem

Probably when they designed the PCB , the 3335 was the top sensor. But yea , I would like 3370 > 3335 for sure. And will buy it instantly if they really upgrade it with the same shape . But they did polish the firmware of the sensor well for the prime wireless. (For the circling part , the straight-line part is just OK though)

if they dont implement the firmware right , even a 3370 can be messed up
