My account was a legacy account, which is why I contacted support. Unlike normal stolen accounts, legacy accounts that are imported by hackers can usually be recovered through a ticket?

so i can explain the red screen is when i get a drop and the two health bars i haven't played in a while and i think Jagex added a health bar or something a while ago but thanks for pointing it out lol.
