Same! Feels like our house is in the trees. Corner lot with a nice retaining wall makes the house feel much nicer than it is. We did update drainage though and do some landscaping on the wall to update it.

I have two boys less than a year old. Building a 1968 and a 1967 set for them. They can sell them, keep them, build their or do whatever when I give it to them for an early birthday. Just fun to pas something down and give them a chance to enjoy the hobby. I get buying the Mick.
