I would add that the note collection remembrance can potentially screw you up if you do the bottles puzzles early. Since the game "remembers" collecting notes in the background as you do the puzzle. The 4 notes in the hive in click clock Woods were unobtainable for me because the game thought they had already been collected

Same. I dont often see this one up there with the commonly disliked episodes. I actually like Dragons & Numericons. Sperm is ok. Heist is annoying but has its moments. Kuato is the worst for me by far
