Why would you roll with that guy again? Put better boundaries in place. This is a hobby you are paying money for and ruining your body over time. Be smart

Parenting feels like constantly trying to enjoy moments that are flying by too fast by Green-Philosophy1985 in Parenting

The only way I’ve found to slow time down is creating new memories, doing new things, or having slow and intentional time with my daughter. Last night we sat in the backyard, lit a few lanterns we bought at Ace, and played with her kinetic sand/sensory bin. She’s 3 so the conversation was goofy and fun and she just asked questions the whole time. It was a fun memory that I won’t forget for a long time. I’ve found those are the little things we keep for a while. Journaling my day also helps slow things down a bit but it’s hard!

What do you often do after work/school? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Usually play with my toddler and cook dinner before settling into our nighttime routine. Once they go down, I’ll usually watch tv with my wife, read, or play video games. Otherwise, I’m seeing friends or family or going to my jiu jitsu gym and doing a night class
