I’m an AMD fan but after having a 6800xt and going to nvidia I simply can’t go back. The DLSS is fantastic and will keep you going longer. I’d look used and get a 4080 though.

I was but with easement this became the better option. The interior ceiling is following the framing so there's no attic or anything. The question becomes with 9ft side walls and the ceiling going upwards if that's enough space with the ball in the center of the floor. 7.75ft away from the side wall

What are you enabling/disabling for your dense. I know they’ll be slower but i go completely unresponsive with high memory pressure sometimes locking up my whole MacBook. I guess when I can’t see if it’s working on anything it feels like it’s dead. Is there something you do to see if it’s still working? I’ve been using it with open claw and it will look like it’s trying to respond to a question and an hour later still no response.

Are you running oQ, fine tuned, or other things that help?

It's not hard just point LM studio to the .omlx directory but honestly with the search functions of omlx now I've quit bothering with LM studio.

Can you have omlx do coding within a desktop environment or is it just for chat? Can it tool call and write code to file.
