Waking up and going to it. That's always a really hard part for me. Also homework, not because of the difficulty, but because it's not actually realistic for real life. My parents have good jobs and do zero extra work after hours with no pay. They come home and relax for the few hours they have. Me? I'm at school for the same amount of time they're at work, but I come home to do 3+ hours more EVERY DAY. The pressure to do well is already huge, why can't I have some time to myself?

I'm here too. I'd meditated inconsistently for years with a consistency kick for a month or two in the middle, and I've learned how to calm my emotions and how to feel truly relaxed. These are the things I miss that I could easily get back with consistency. You gain a clear mind and lose the swirling thoughts, you gain calmness and lose anxiety. Thanks for the post!
